CLARA FITZGERALD

Clara is a Dublin based actor and is 5′ 5″ (162cm) tall.

She plays the supporting role of ‘Siobhan Bulger’ in a new TV series called ‘THE VANISHING TRIANGLE’ directed by Rebecca Johnson, produced by Anne Marie Naughton and Ana Habajec of Park Films. The series continues to film in Dublin until mid-December.

Screen credits also include ‘Maisie’s Mum’ in BANANAS (Short) directed by Barrie Dowdall, ‘Nicole’ in TOUGH LOVE (Short) directed by Barrie Dowdall, ‘Becky’ in CAT BURNING UlTRAS (Short) directed by Alex Sheehan, ‘Mayas Mum’ in REAL GIRLS IN YOUR AREA (Short) directed by Loren McNerny, ‘Performer’ in RUINS/BODIES an Art Film directed by Maud Hendricks and Bernie O’Reilly of OTP Theatre Company, and roles in the feature film JOYRIDE directed by Emer Reynolds and the RTE television series FINDNG JOY directed by Kieron J Walsh.

Earlier this year saw Clara graduate from the new six-month Actors Ensemble course in The Lir Academy, Dublin.

Her stage credits include ‘Climate Activist’ in OTP Theatre company’s staging of FEAR (Smock Alley) directed by Maud Hendricks and Bernie O’Reilly, ‘Danaos’ in THE SUPPLIANT WOMEN (The Lir Academy) directed by Sarah Baxter. ‘I am a Good Person’ in OTP Theatre company’s staging of LOVE/CHARITY (Civic Theatre) directed by Maud Hendricks and Bernie O’Reilly

Clara is an ensemble member of the Outlandish Theatre Platform, creating inter-disciplinary theatre and inter-media projects with local communities in Dublin 8 and beyond. She also regularly collaborates with WiggleyWoo animation on TV programmes and Film projects and voiced various characters in THE DAY HENRY MET directed by Gary Gill which runs on Nickelodeon (TV).
