EDEL QUINN

Edel is originally from Galway in the West of Ireland, she is based in Dublin and is 5′ 5″ tall (165cm).

She is a recent graduate of the 1-year full-time screen acting course in Bow Street Academy, Dublin.

Screen credits include ‘First Wave’ in the upcoming AMC studios sci-fi series ‘MOONHAVEN’ directed by David Caffrey and ‘FAMILY’ directed by Jason Figgis (October Eleven Pictures Ltd.) Edel also appears in the short film set to a poem by Emily Dickinson called ‘TO FLEE FROM MEMORY’ directed by Simon Eustace (Tidal Productions). Her VO work includes ‘FAN THE FLAMES’, the winning video for Galway 2020 by Chris Tierney.

Stage credits include ‘Woman’ in A STAB IN THE DARK (THE THEATRE ROOM) directed by Luke Morgan, ‘Claire’ in THE BREAKFAST CLUB (DRAMA SOC NUIG) directed by Patrick Daly, ‘Veta’ in HARVEY (DRAMA SOC NUIG), directed by Patrick Daly and ‘Portia’ in THE MERCHANT OF VENICE (CROIC8 PRODUCTIONS) directed by Alex Perry.

Edel is also trained in dance with the Corrib Dance Academy where she studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern and Contemporary dance. She has also trained in Boxing with the Black Dragon Kickboxing Club and swimming with Laser and Atlantic Masters Swimming Clubs, and has been modeling for since the age of eighteen.
