EVANNE KILGALLON

Originally from the West of Ireland and based in Dublin Evanne is a multi disciplinary artist. She is 5′ 5″ (165cm) tall.

She is a graduate of the Institute of The Arts Barcelona where she studied BA Musical Theatre for a year and completed her studies with a first class honors degree in BA Acting. She has an extensive background in both Acting and Musical Theatre, beginning at a young age. Her final production in university saw her take on the lead role in Federico García Lorca’s epic ‘YERMA’.

Since graduating, Evanne played ‘Clara’ in ‘SUMMERHILL’, written and directed by Stephen Jones, which ran in The Glass Mask Theatre on Dublin’s Dawson Street. She is currently writing her debut play and is set to return to the stage in a new play by Neil Flynn (‘TALK TO ME’) this year.

While still in full time studies, Evanne featured as part of the Women’s History Months’ online celebration for IATI Latinx theatre in New York City in the bilingual production ‘NUESTRA CASA ENVUELTA EN LLAMAS’ by Catalonian writer-director Sílvia Navarro. She also directed the music video treatment for ‘PETER O’TOOLE’S DRINKING STORIES’, and went on to choreograph the music video for ´WHAT THEN? CRIED JO SOAP’ by Irish musician David Keenan.
