MARIA TROPNIKOVA

Maria is a Russian actress based in Dublin and is 5’8 (173 cm) tall.

Maria is cast in the feature film “LIFE ON MERCURY” which is currently in production in Dublin. Directed by Mathieu Constantin and produced by John Kelly of Clap ‘n Load Studios the film is an intertwined darkly comic drama about the influence of money on our lives, seen through the eyes of a lottery-winning priest, a lawyer working for the corrupt elites and a hustling juvenile delinquent. Their stories are all connected through the help of a 20-euro note. A tragic story of how money influences the lives of those with a lot and those with nothing.

She’s cast to play ‘Anna’ in the pilot for the TV series called ‘OFF CAMPUS’ directed by Brew Mbirika, and as a lead character ‘Lilo’ in a short film ‘SUDDENLY THE LITTLE THINGS’ directed by James Mulligan.

Her screen credits also include ‘The Girl’ in ‘I CAN’T LOVE’ music video directed by Ratkeller and Alina Aparina, ‘Masha’ in ‘NOT ALONE’ directed by Alina Aparina (Tooba), ‘The Wife’ in ‘BITCHES 2.0’ directed by Diana Maksimova and Nikita Malkov, and ‘Bar Girl’ in ‘THE GOLF EXPLORERS’ a pilot directed by Jim Kreutzer and David Spitzer (Wind Chill Media Group).

Following her 2-year training at the the Identity School of Acting (IDSA) in London, she completed the 6-month Programme for screen acting at Bow Street Academy in Dublin.
